I hate to say your hubby is right (cause I hate saying it to my own), but he is. You definately don't want to start any kind of business that is going to cost a lot of money up front and to keep running until you have a written plan, including all the specs of all the nooks and crannies. We have one business that is a local thing and I tell ya it can get difficult (that is why now we do a different business on the side that cost almost nothing and we didn't have to make such grand plans). Anyways call around and get ideas of how much things will run and remember up keep and costs if many kids don't show (can you keep it running). How many kids will have to come to break even in a month? Keep writing then you can present it too him or find out before it's too late that it wouldn't be great money for the hours put in.
Good Luck!
