You most definitely should discuss these with a lawyer. There are some legal issues that may apply to your state.
You can also talk with your local Small Business Development Center for advice on these documents and they are free!

They seem to have a lot of information on their site. Check out the side-bar "Prodcuts and Services". There is HR info, Legal info, etc.
