Hello everyone.

I have a concept for a new restaurant. I have worked in restaurants all my life, but not in management. I have tried to get help from places like: SCORE, SBA, etc. They were not helpful at all.

I had hoped to find a restaurant manager to help me finish a business plan and then find ways to seek funding for it.

I live in Kingsport, TN.

If anyone knows where I could turn to. That would be great. I have tried placing ads on Craig's list etc. I have got to say getting help in the tri-cities is unbelievable. Everywhere I turn for help, the people that say they're there for help, don't.
