We have had corporate papers for awhile and I'm looking into purchasing an existing business for sale in my town but We have a question which I am unsure under the corporate papers when We place the name of the business We looking at purchasing does that name meaning Vilmarie's Cucina Rustica do we need to get a separate EIN besides the EIN that the corporation has.
