I a disabled senior citizen on a very fixed income.
I want to start a small at home business making and selling home made soap.
I can't afford to buy the initial supplies to start.
My personal finances are in bad shape.I have taken courses to make them better.
I can get started for $300.00 but that's out of reach.
Does any one know where I can borrow or get a grant for the money?
I have tried banks they all said no.
