I'm currently a CPA and interested in quitting my day job and opening a bridal boutique in NC. I'm in the very early planning phase and would greatly appreciate any advice and experiences from other boutique owners. Interested in knowing how difficult is was to start, how much personal capital one must invest before applying for a business loan, how does one go about ordering from designers. Basically, any information that anyone could provide me on the whole of the business, I would be very grateful.
