2166, Startup costs - planning for taxes

I am starting a graphic design business from home, which utilizes very few expenses. I do need to estimate what percentage of our billing should be put aside for annual taxes. Does anyone have a ballpark figure? Say if we charge a client $1000 for a job, how much should we set aside for federal and state income tax? $200? $250? $300?

You should find yourself an accountant. If you cannot afford one right now, you should go to your City's Chamber of Commerce. They have free services to help you out with this.
