102, Where do I start?
Posted by shupes511, Wed Oct-11-06 05:40 AM
I have a medical coding business and have a couple clients. I have been getting more calls. I can handle the work myself but I need to go legit and dont know where to start. I need to get contracts for my clients to sign. I dont even have an official name for my business.

Hi there,

The first thing that you need to do is have a name for your company. Then, next would be a website. Then once you already have an established clientele, you can already register your business. http://www.companycorporation.com can help you in registering your business. If you need help in setting up your company identity, web design, logo design, SEO and even subcontract work for medical transcription, please dont hesitate to send me an email: streams500@gmail.com thanks a lot!

First secure a business name. You can register with your county clerk. I would next check with a local college to see if they have a small business advisor. If they do, try to set an appointment to discuss your next steps with them.

Hope you make it.
