15, Again requesting help updating business profile|

My first message on this is not on the board that I can find. I thank Kit for contacting me last Wednesay re how to update my business profile. I sent my udpated profile back as a reply immediately, as of today, it is not updated. I also emailed on 10/16 asking if my reply w/ the update profile had been received, no reply.
Please. I've been honestly trying for approximately a month to get my business profile updated. While I'm rquesting help here, I'm still not receiving the newsletter (yes, I've added all addresses that Francie asked me to add to my white list.)
