I'd like to offer a suggestion for people who use QuickBooks to run their business. There is a new management add-on for QuickBooks called Qvinci. It turns your QuickBooks data into visual graphs/charts and from there it has trending capabilities, projections of future performance, early warning indicators, etc.

This is a great tool for small businesses, especially in this economy where visibility into your company's financial health is incredibly important.
