You should probably not use the word bouquet - I can see people misspelling that word in all kinds of ways and you don't want to loose customers. So, keep the name simple and make sure that you can get the domain name.

Maybe something like-

Yournamecandyshop.com
Yournamecandies.com
Yournamesweets.com
