I think you should go with "Zebedee". It's rhyming and unusual and memorable.

The fact it's named after a man makes it unique and it will stand out against all the female names. Look at Charlie perfume as an example. That didn't stop "Charlie". Hugh success in the 70's.

People thought "google" was dumb. Look how rich those guys are now!

Here's a suggestion to make that name even better. Use a huge "Z" or paint alot of "Z's" all over the store. Or make your signage inside the store with alot of "Z's". This will tie in with the Zorro idea and make your name more memorable. Good luck with your new venture.
