I am a personal trainer that would like to work with women that are extremely overweight and afraid to go to a gym. I want a catchy name but do not want to insult any one

I think you need to focus on the fact that you are helping them, that they are not alone, not just the full-figured part. Most people who consult a trainer feel self-conscious regardless of their size.
How about:
Renewed Life or
Renewed You
Then you could play off the "re" part in your other marketing/advertising materials:
Relax. I will help you.
Revive. The old you who is hiding deep inside.
Reshape. Yourself, your health, your future.
Your business cards can refer to this as well:

I'm with GalaGal because those other marketing suggestions are great! But, those domain names are taken. I would get something where the domain name is available - maybe renewrightnow.com
