I would name your building and then name your business. Naming the building is probably not very common in your town and that will give people something to talk about if you choose the right name.

I say this because your business may not last, or you may need to move someday. This way your building can retain the marketing that you have built up for it over the years, and a well-known building is going to someday sell for more than one that is "nameless".

It's hard to suggest a name for a business that is not more focused...
