Disney does not own Cinderella's name, just her Disney Princess story (from the Disney movie)and image. For example Cinderella has been in The Shrek movies...but she doesn't look anything like Disney's version.
The cake company couldn't reproduce Disney's Cinderella b/c of their copyright, but they could have created their own version of Cinderella.
Just don't use the 7 dwarfs names...those are the Disney version too!
