I am looking for a name for an Italian Appetizer that consists of a Tomato-basil tortilla rolled wih Italian sausage, chicken, bacon, roma tomatoes, jalapenos and Italina cheeses. It will be served with spicy marinara sauce. Any ideas would be appreciated.
