How about "A Taste Of Italy"? That way if you expand and offer others choices besides pizza you can. Plus name might be catchy.

I like your idea, Stonebaked Pizza Company. It's descriptive and it makes me hungry!

Other thoughts...

Pizzaria
(it's simple, but descriptive with a flair, and easy to remember)
maybe...

Pizzaria! (You could even make the business name itself into a logo, and use an accent color and a bold, creative look for the exclamation point...Just an idea!)

Delizia Pizzaria (delizia means delicious in Italian)
The Old-Fashioned Pizzaria
The Stone Baked Pizza Place

Good luck!

I personally like "Brick Firehouse Pizza Co."

Or Brick Pizza Emporium"

have the style/decor fit the name and image and I think you will have a hit on your hands!

With a great, unique menu and service/value... you cant go wrong !!

Best wishes buddy!!

Hey,

:) I love the Stonebaked Pizza Co. I think it's clear, concise and sounds sort of trendy all at the same time. I think it would be fun if you also did something like offer pizza classes on occasional evenings, where groups of people could come in and learn how to use a traditional old pizza stove! It would be fun for groups...

Take care,
Christina
