1393, Need help naming Fried Chicken & Seafood place

We are in St. Louis MO we are going to offer a wide variety of fried food and fresh fried chicken, a couple kinds of fish and shirmp.I know I would like this part in for sure Fried Chicken & Seafood(as I feel it will bring a wider variety of people). Thanks alot.

What about your first or last name then "Fried Chicken and Seafood" ?
Like "Lucy's Fried Chicken and Seafood"
or...
"Mamma's Fried Chicken and Seafood"
