When I did a similar site to help market my office supply business I called it www.InTahlequah.com so how about www.InCharlotte.com ?
By the way-- we are seriously looking for people to help brainstorm this idea. If you are serious about it please send me a PM or email me at berry@flippij.net . We don't have anything ready to go yet but think we know how to make it work for people.
