1101, Need a name for Restaurant

I am planning on opening up a restaurant in a small, rural town and would like some ideas on a name. My main items on my menu will consist of catfish, sausages sandwiches (bratwurst, polish, italian, cajun and hotlinks), hamburgers, french fries and for desert strawberry crepes and fried peaches.

It sounds like you are offering a wide range of food (not one particular cuisine) Am I correct? Maybe you could go with your name as the restaurant, like "Manny's" or whatever.

It sounds like your serving New Orleans type stuff - catfish, crepes, cajun... right?
