Dentist office in Los Angeles and they need lots of new clients! please ring in on what you think will be the best way to get some foot traffic into this office!

Create a database of everyone they know. Send them a letter announcing the office.
Join the local chamber.
It also depends on what sort of dentist they are, what sort of marketing may/will work.
Create a business/marketing plan.
