Can anyone refer a good company to help with my meta tags? Someone recommended spiderseeker.com has anyone worked with them before? I tried working with Elance.com to find a web designer and got burned... so I'm a little shy about dealing with companies I don't know.

Use your keyword phrases in the Title, Description, and Keyword meta tags.
Keep them focused on the page content.
Your flash intro page is going to work against you in your SEO efforts as it does not contain any information for the search spiders.
