We want to start selling to lodges, fishing resorts, etc. that sell gift items but we need a sample letter of introduction or instructions on how to write one. Can anyone help?

A letter of introduction is easy.
Simply follow the five rules of information: Who What Where When and Why...
You'll want to thell them who you are, what you have to offer, when you are available and why you will be valuable to them.
Don't forget to ask them to call you if you can help immediately and set a specific date when you will follow up.
