When does a company use a TM and when do they use an R ??
How does one decipher if the word "TM" or the circle R needs to appear!

TM- Stands for Trade Mark while R means it the brand is registered with the uspto. People usually use TM for marks that aren ot registered but are known and used and associated with that particular brand.
