I have owned a very successful home based writing business (employing 20 full time writers until recent) for the past 10 years, and I am looking for a marketing help! That market is getting too saturated and it is very hard to maintain the steady workflow, as there was 5 years ago.

Well the best way I know of to attract a steady stream of new clients is to specialize. Either on a specific type of writing or on a specific industry. (I know it sounds counterintuitive but it's true). If you can market yourself as the go to expert in _________. You will be far more successful in attracting those clients. If you have a headache would you rather take a generic painkiller or maximum strength headache medicine?
