I'm looking for a better method to market classic auto parts other than on craighslist or E-bay. I have tried both and have found they don't reach my target market and don't get results. I don't specialise in any one make. car club websites do not work. Does any one have any sugestion?

Have you clearly identified your target market? if so, chances are there is a datalist for that market. I would suggest purchasing one and making yourself know to them through some sort of introductory special or contest. Also, who services your market? Find that out and then partner with them.
