The other day, QuickBooks sent me a New Business Starter Kit. It contains a lot of information I already knew, but also included a few things that got my brain into overdrive!!

One of the things is using e-mail effectively. This pdf file contains information I wasn't clear on and quite frankly, didn't know.

It covers the legal aspects as well as asthetic aspects of email marketing.
