What is your group and how are you associated with architects?
Are you giving out awards or prizes?
What advantage is there for an architect to attend?
Will you have press coverages?
There are lots of public relations sites out there that can give you suggestions on sponsoring a successful event.

What is the theme of the occasion? We are honoring an Art History Professor http://albertboime.com/ at UCLA who has devoted his life to social justice. Also, he has discovered a NEW Style of Painting that will be revealed that evening, Abstract Romanticism (Artist Name Karman Khavarani http://khavarani.com/ )
What is your group and how are you associated with architects? The Artist Painter is a world renowned Architect before now
Are you giving out awards or prizes? The City of Los Angels, City of Beverly Hills, the State of California are all honoring and giving Proclamations. Also in attendance will be State Senators.
What advantage is there for an architect to attend? Never before has any architect been at the source of a new Style of PAINTING!!!
Will you have press coverages? Well that's what we really want as well
