I am in debt. I used my personal credit cards to pay vendors for subcontract work. I use to be able to pay but they change their credit terms to now need a credit card on file prior to starting the order.

I am paying the payments every month -never late. After being a customer for over 10 years the card companies will not lower my rate. cannot get new card because cards are maxed out. Work with husband and money (like we have any) is very slow in coming in. Where can a person turn to get help?
