I have just started my own business doing turn-arounds of troubled small to medium sized businesses. Right now I am seeking to expand my funding sources that I can direct my clients toward.

I am looking for four main types of contacts;

Hard asset lending/leasing companies (i.e. companies that only lend against equipment, land, vehicles, etc...)

Banking contacts (I currently have contacts at Wachovia, Access National Bank and Bank of America)

Soft asset lenders (i.e. companies that lend against receivables and/or contracts)

Equity investors (i.e. this would include individuals and equity investment groups)
