Even though the amount that you posted that you need is quite large I would look into the possibility of some grant programs since this will be a start up business.

I also think (actually I know) that you shouldn't cancel out the SBA entirely because even though its popular opinion to say that the SBA does not have grant programs the reality is that this is simply not true!

I can understand you not wanting to say exactly what you business will be but it may be possible that your business may be eligible to apply for some grant programs!
