I am looking to buy cabins and rent them out for income does anyone know what the best way to invest in them is? I know how much a month isn't the only thing to look at also the depreciation per year. Ex. You may make $5,000 a year on one and only $2,000 on the other but when tax time comes around with the dpreciation the lesser amount cabin may actually make you more money. Is anyone out there familiar with this.
