431, Non-profit seeks start-up money

Hello my name is James Janota, I am trying to start a non-profit organization to bring aviation technology to the High School level. I need to start this is $500,000.00. After that schools will pay me to show our children that they can get a good career out of their economicly chalenged neighborhoods and situation. I have a businuss plan made but needs tweaking. Can someone help?

Have you done your reserach to see what programs are already out there? You may want to start small by contacting them and seeing how you can provide services to them for their programs.
It could be a joint venture with you handling high schools and they handling other aspects. Your program could be added to their slate of services/programs. Try Organization of Black Airline Pilots(OBAP). I know they run a summer camp program for underpriviledged children.
