2 things, what is the franchise you are trying to open? Is it a food franchise? If so, be careful to know what your margins are that you are working on. Many startup franchises find it difficult to make a means of living by only owning 1 restaurant, they have no buying power and the margins are meager, like 8%, when they are reaching full potential.
On the flip side, you have 80K in your house that you can tap without needing to verify what you need the means for. There are no ratio and no doc loans that don't require you to verify work information. That may be your best option if you are putting all your eggs in this basket to start the franchise.
