121, applying for biz credit card

i just recently formed an llc. i have been getting allot of credit card offers. i do not like credit cards from problems i have had in my personal life with them. i am in the process of writing my business plan. should i wait till i get a business loan b4 i get a biz credit card or is it o.k. to apply for the credit card now. i do not plan on using the card much. is my worry with using the card nonsense or am i rite to worry. look forward to reading replies. thanks......kevin

It would probably be easier to get the loan if you had an open line of business credt. The thing about revolving credit is that just because you have it doesn't mean you have to use it. Pick the card/LOC with the best terms AND benefits (because alot of them now offer incentives and programs that are beneficial to small business needs) and just keep it available in case you ever need it.
