I am looking for recommendations to assess candidates for a new sales team for my company. The positions would focus on business development. This is commissioned based sales and I have limited resources, however I would like to identify those candidates that have a higher aptitude than others. Any recommendations on tools that I can use to help would be greatly appreciated.
