The best way to find out that information would be to visit with the property mgr. of th mall. The contracts will vary. They may be triple nt leases , a straight fee, or a combination.

I would also talk to some of the kiosk vendors in the mall(s) and see what sort of arrangement they have.

Be sure to look at the amount of foot traffic there is, since that is where you will be generating the bulk of your clientele. Particularly on weekends.

The company whom you buy your chair from may also have ome literature for you as well.
