Hi y'all.
Need your advice on an idea that has been playing my mind for some time. I am African:9 , living and working in Africa and thinking of coming up with a travel agency (online & ground) specialising in trips to and around Africa.
Background: I have travelled extensively and come across people who would like to travel to Africa on holiday, but want to experience the real Africa, not the Hiltons or Intercontinental Hotels of Africa. They want to feel the real homeland. Many online agencies have their selling points, some it's cheap student fares, others it's last minute bookings (hence cheap) while others it's cruises. I want to specialise in extensive African safari, in the wild and stuff, with an office (franchise) in most African countries offering a real, but safe, feel of the continent.
Hope you get the idea.
What do you think?
What advice could you offer?

Forgot to mention the many enquiries that I have received to do with volunteering in Africa, internship in Africa, student exchange and aupair requests - these enquiries have come from Canada, Belgium, Germany e.t.c.
So, in addition to an online intensive African Safari company (which I hope you would be kind enough to share your thoughts on), I would like your advice on how to maximise business in one or all of these fields.

I love your idea, since I personally would like to visit Africa, perhaps work or volunteer there to help entrepreneurs.

I'd suggest writing up your marketing copy explaining various programs you offer, then just marketing to get people to sign up. (Sounds easier than it is, but you have to start somewhere.)

Perhaps you could offer your African opportunities to them to offer to their clients or do some other type of collaboration.
