Not the singer!!! The roasted chicken stores... They no longer exist around here but I raise Organic chickens and was brainstorming an idea to start an Organic roasted chicken store similar to the Kenny Rogers franchise..I want to tap into the growing Organic market and was wondering what some of you might think about it.

I think that sounds fabulous. It is a great time right now (in my opinions) to do anything organic. I would go there!
