Is there anyone out there that can help with RV park business ideas? I have searched the business owners cafe forums but found nothing. I'm looking for a current or past RV park owner to chat with about the ins and outs of the business and construction issues. I am heavily considering building a new RV park near where I live and I have an option to buy some river access property for the park. I have not found any real helpful information on the internet. If someone can and would like to discuss this with me please let me know. I am very interested in talking with someone who knows something about the business.

I just came across your post and noticed that you hadn't had a response yet. I have never owned an RV Park but am a Realtor and have a strong Marketing background that I have used to promote many different types of companies for my clients.

What area is the park in? I can give you ideas on how to help with marketing, upselling of additional avenues of income within the park, employee and time management, etc.
