I am finding at my current job that I desire to change the business the way I would want to run it. The job is marketing/management of contracts for janitorial services. I was thinking of starting my own business like this and doing it my way; I think I could manage the company much better based on my entrepreneurial education and experience. I have been managing the company and have created the business plan and other essential documents for them. Do you think this is a good idea? Thanks

Sounds like a great idea. I would like to know more about how you intend to do this as well as what you are currently doing. One business I have is a small cleaning service and it may help me to expand in my local area.

Sounds like you know exactly how to do what you want to do. Just be sure you haven't signed any non-compete documents with your current employer.
