I'm discussing this new idea with a client and thought I'd share it in the forum as well. Maybe you guys will have a better perspective at the development of a similar strategy.

I'm currently doing business consultation for a B2B company in Sydney that offers office cleaning and body corporate maintenance services. The growing interest in gardening and landscaping services in the Sydney commercial service sector has lead to the development of another set of services focused on landscape design and garden maintenance.

Following the Green Roofs and Walls Policy implementation document given in City of Sydney we decided to test out a new strategy that is developed fully around making companies more sustainable. We plan on marketing a vertical garden design service which could raise our clients' viability profile.

It's food for thought and I'm still laying out the basic concepts of the strategy.

Thought I might ask around if there are other like-minded professionals who work in a similar business sector or have experienced the outcomes ( positive or negative ) of an identical strategy.
