Whatever number I could give you would be wrong as will anyone else's. What you need to consider and find out yourself the costs for are: Location, equipment (bar, pouring, etc.), licenses and fees, inventory (liquid and food), and employees costs (wages and the burden costs etc. These are the minimum. Obviously to get the costs you are going to have to ask yourself more quenstions and do the research to get the answer.
