Hi guys,

They say that this is the place to bounce ideas around, so here goes.

I am a 46-year-old man looking to start a business in the GLBTQ community in Philadelphia, PA. We have a section dedicated to this population known as the Gayborhood. What I want to do is, open a GLBTQ dance club and bar. This would be your typical 18 to enter, 21 to drink establishment. So, that's basically it in a nutshell. If anyone can offer some advice, I'm open to it. Thanks!
