Interested in opening a fitness center whose clientele is Plus sized individuals. There are many plus size people that complain they don't feel comfortable going to regular gyms because the majority of the people are smaller. I would like to have a gym that caters to the plus size. Good idea or not? Also, wondering if it's possible to make it exclusive (similar to a country club)?
