Looking for some direction on an idea for cooking BBQ on Fridays and Saturdays only to be picked up and or possibly delivery. Been cooking BBQ for 6 years or so have had many offers to start a restaurant NO interest. I thought if I could cook on the weekend for people that might fly. The idea is to have people place their orders online by Wednesday 12:00am to give me time to buy and prep. and be ready to cook on friday and saturday. my dilemma is, would people be willing to pick up the food or willing to place their orders by wednesday 12:00am. The other things are work out but those are the two major issues.
