Hello I am interested in starting a Appointment Reminder Services for mainly medical realated offices here in Minden LA. As far as I can tell from my research so far there is no one doing this here. I want to do this from my home office with me making the reminder calls myself. As the business increases I would then consider hiring some help and maybe change locations if needed. I am in the creating my sales materials and need some help writing the introduction letter. I would like to know advice and opinions on what to include such as company overview, my medical background etc. I also would love suggestions for a name I have a few ideas but wanted some feedback and welcome other suggestions.

Name Ideas
(Heartbeat Reminder Services) and the logo would have an EKG recording with a heart or something to that effect

(Flatline Reminder Services)and of course it would be a flatline with heart. not too sure how that one would be received though lol
