It's been my experience that short domain names (that end in .com) are hard to come by. I'd suggest using something clever and avoid the synthetic names, but that's just my personal preference.

Road names (ie. Daisy Lane Web Services)
Botanical (ie. Tulip Web Services)
Topographical (ie. Everest Web Services)
Mundane (ie. Table Top Web Services)

There must be a random name generator somewhere on the web.
