Our dropshippers have all contacted us by email or telephone (occasionally in person) and told us that they want to carry our products on their website. They set up an account with us and simply log in and place their drop ship orders. They pay for their orders as they are placed, but we deduct their percentage from the order before billing them. We do the packaging and shipping directly to the customer.

Fwiw, the best negotiating tool to increase the gap between purchase price and cost is ALWAYS going to be volume. The more you sell, the lower your cost.

I do not give my shop drip accounts the same price as my retailers or distributors.
