I am interested in starting a business in which I would deliver pet food and supplies to pet owners for a fee. The pet owner would pay for whatever items they need, we would charge a small fee, and then deliver the items to the pet owner. This business would have great appeal for busy individuals, and seniors. There would be very little overhead, as I would just make trips to the pet food stores to purchase the supplies as they were needed. We would charge a per delivery fee, but would also offer a monthly subscription service, where we would make a weekly drop off, and offer it at a discounted price. I live in an area that has a very large pet population, and the actual population of the town is about 200,000. Does anyone know of anybody that has already started this type of business? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
